Fundraising Associate

Location: Remote (Frequent Travel Required)

Salary: $50,000 Annually (Plus Fundraising Incentives)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fundraising Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced political environment. This position is remote, but requires regular travel for campaign events, fundraisers, and donor meetings across the country. 

Responsibilities: The Fundraising Associate will assist in developing and executing fundraising strategies, including donor research, contribution tracking, and database management. Duties include preparing call sheets, managing candidate call time, coordinating donor events, and drafting follow-up correspondence. The role also involves producing fundraising reports, maintaining CRM records, processing contributions, and ensuring compliance with FEC and state regulations.

Required Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience in political fundraising or campaign finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with fundraising CRMs (Anedot, NGP, or WinRed preferred). Understanding of campaign finance compliance and reporting standards.
